Search and Apply for a Position

To register, click on the link below. Under Login, click on “Register Today.” Type in your email address and password and “Submit.” On the next screen, you may choose your email preferences. Next, click on “Customize My Account.” Enter your last name, first name and important phone numbers; then click on “Upload Document.” You may upload a cover letter, résumé or other important documents. After you upload your documents, you may now apply for a specific position. Click on the Jobs tab on the upper right-hand corner. You may search for jobs by using keywords or simply select “Go” to view all open positions. To apply for a position, select the vacancy and click on “Apply Now.” Enter your last name and first name and click on “Next” (all the way at the bottom of the screen). From the drop down menu, select how you heard about the position and GXS and click on “Submit.”

Initial Phone Assessment

When your qualifications match an open position, one of our recruiters will contact you by phone. During a brief conversation, the recruiter will assess your skills and qualifications regarding the job for which you are being considered. Depending on the results of the conversation, you may be contacted again to schedule an on-site interview.

Interviewing Tips

For some people, attending an interview can feel like a daunting prospect—but there’s really no need to worry. If we contact you to make an appointment, it’s because we’re impressed with your application, and we want to know more. However experienced you are, it always makes sense to prepare in advance. The more confident you feel on the day, the better the impression you’re likely to make.
