As the GXS ITC is the major focus of Engineering Development and QA for GXS, we are always looking for Software Engineers, Software Leads, and Quality Engineers eager to make a difference with Java/J2EE, C++ and .net expertise. Working closely with the US-based team, GXS ITC employees play a key role in the development, delivery and operations of leading-edge solutions that will be used on a global basis.

Medical Insurance—GXS offers Hospitalization Insurance for self, immediate family and dependent parents to the tune of INR 4.00Lakh per year.

Accident Insurance—GXS offers Accident Insurance for all the employees to the tune of 60 months basic salary.

Gratuity—GXS provides Gratuity @ 15 days salary for every completed year of service upon completion of 05 years of service.

Loan Assistance—Income tax equalized House Deposit Interest Subsidy subject to a maximum loan of INR 1.5Lakh.

  1. What qualifications do I require to join GXS?
    The minimum qualification required is a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Technology, an MCA or an equivalent qualification to become a software professional

    The recruitment process begins with the short-listing of candidates based on their qualifications and work experience. This is followed by a technical interview for the technical positions. Our hiring process ensures that each position and each individual are perfectly matched.
